Contribution

Led the design and development of the backend architecture, payment workflows, and event automation systems for the Advaya 2K25 hackathon platform.

Engineered a fault-tolerant payment persistence mechanism that temporarily stores transaction records on the server and synchronizes them with PostgreSQL through automated recovery jobs, preventing data loss during database outages.

Integrated payment processing, QR-based ticket generation, and GitHub API automation to streamline participant onboarding and repository provisioning.

Developed email-based microservices for registration confirmations, participant notifications, and team management workflows, including automated distribution of team update forms.

Automated registration validation, payment confirmation, and event setup workflows, reducing manual organizer effort by approximately 90%.

Developed a threaded discussion system that enabled participants and organizers to efficiently track and resolve event-related queries.

Designed backend services capable of supporting 1000+ registrations and handling real-world event operations throughout the hackathon lifecycle.
